Mind your own business .
A company is how it operates.
We work where a single decision affects the brand, the offer, customer experience, sales, technology, team roles or further growth at the same time. We identify these dependencies, define the decisions and translate them into outcomes that can be used in the organisation's real operating environment.
Foundations
Mission, vision, promise, six operating values and eleven layers of identity create the criteria by which we assess direction, relationships, quality and growth. They inform the company's subsequent decisions and its standard of client work.
Explore the foundations ↗︎Offer
The offer defines the outcome and the boundaries of responsibility: from diagnosis and recommendation, through architecture and design, to implementation or ongoing direction of an area. A scope may activate one system or cut across several, according to the real situation and the readiness of the material at each level.
View the offer ↗︎Bom™ Systems
Six equal systems organise distinct classes of decisions and outcomes: from recognising perspective and defining identity, through operating architecture, to creation, flows and the operational environment. Each system identifies a distinct function of the work and remains an independent point of entry determined by the readiness of the material and the decision.
Explore the systems ↗︎Collaboration
Each mandate defines decision owners, delivery scope, the client's team involvement, agency and partner capabilities, coordination and the conditions for sustaining the outcome. Format and cadence follow from the level of responsibility the situation requires.
Explore the principles ↗︎An outcome that stays with the company.
The outcome is handed over as a decision, asset, experience or process ready for use. Every scope includes a record of the source decisions, rules of use, implementation ownership and an ongoing update cadence.

Explore the products →Six systems. Two layers. One architecture.
Six equal systems in two functional layers: defining and designing decisions, and activating decisions. The layers organise functions while preserving choice: work can begin in any system when the readiness of materials and decisions makes that level the right starting point.
The hub presents the full architecture: the role of each layer, the scope of all six systems, transfer relationships and an entry principle based on the readiness of materials and decisions.
Enter the Bom™ ecosystemEntry situations. Online calibration.
Calibration organises the situation, readiness, tension, expected outcome and scale of responsibility. It then indicates a proportionate first move: a conversation, a piece of material, a product or the right system.
A situation that spans several areas at once is common and forms a distinct entry point. The online calibration then leads through five steps to a recommendation.
Start the way that feels natural.
Four forms of contact let you choose a natural level of engagement: an online calibration, a conversation, an email or a single WhatsApp message. Each leads to the same starting point: understanding the situation and recommending a proportionate next step.
Share as much context as you wish. The form can be brief; the additional fields are optional.
Write in your own wayOpen your email and write in whatever form feels natural, without going through a form.
Begin with one sentenceChoose a message if the easiest way to start is simply to write what is happening now.
Process carries a decision from context through to sustained operation.
The process moves from context intake and route recommendation through scope, delivery and quality gates to handover and ongoing maintenance in Bom Runtime™.
We gather the situation, goals, materials, sources, constraints, decision history and the outcome the organisation needs.
Context intake
We identify the appropriate system, outcome, smallest responsible scope and level of direction required by the situation.
Route recommendation
We define decision owners, each party’s contribution, dependencies, readiness conditions, schedule, review mode and handover conditions.
Scope definition
The proposal connects the outcome, responsibility, work structure, price, timing, dependencies and the point at which the decision is made.
Delivery proposal
We establish the collaboration environment, shared source of truth, communication cadence, decision mandate and first quality gate.
Work initiation
The work passes through review, decision, source update and quality control before moving into use with clear accountability.
Delivery and handover
The outcome receives a review cadence, an update owner and the conditions for continued operation within Bom Runtime™ or by the client’s team.
Post-implementation maintenance
Dare to begin.
The phrase carries the energy of initiation, participation and a first move. It therefore belongs to the Bom Dia Creation™ community and social-action system: a space for people entering action, creation, change or community.
Two ideas. Two relational environments.
“Mind your own business.” frames entry into the agency and a conversation about the organisation. “Dare to begin” builds a space around the first move. Each idea is autonomous and activates a different kind of energy.
Tell us what you already know.
One sentence about what is happening now is enough. The additional fields help us prepare for the first conversation, but they are not a condition of entry: you can leave them blank.

The form prepares a draft message locally in your browser and opens it in your email application. The website neither receives nor stores what you enter. The data will reach Bom Dia Creation, Unipessoal Lda only after you send the message yourself; we will use it to respond and prepare a recommendation under the terms set out in the privacy policy. We reply within 48 hours on working days. We speak Polish with Polish-speaking clients and English with everyone else.
Content that expands perspective.
The knowledge layer includes essays, conversations, process notes and research. It expands the definitions of the systems, documents practice and updates the shared context for future decisions.
