Bom Dia Creation™ methodology connects discovery, definition, decision, materialisation, transfer and maintenance in one controlled flow. It carries the work from the point of entry to an outcome with a defined function, owner, status, source and conditions for continued use.

The capability atlas supports this flow selectively. It brings together strategic, architectural, design, operational and technological knowledge according to the needs of the scope. Bom™ proprietary mechanisms, seven architecture layers and quality gates determine how selected knowledge becomes a decision, delivery, documentation and responsible handover.

A method creates value when a decision retains its meaning in delivery.

The Bom™ environment determines the sequence of work, the method of customer management, the structure of decisions, the form of documentation, transfers between areas, the quality standard and the readiness of materials for use in the organisation and in work supported by AI.

Methodological references · certification is a separate status

TOGAF Business Architecture, BIZBOK, ArchiMate, ITIL and ISO standards serve as methodological references and a conceptual foundation. Formal certification remains a separate status. Where the scope requires it, responsibility is carried by a named partner or specialist holding the relevant credential.

Five layers organise the method's knowledge base

The five layers of the atlas correspond to the five types of responsibility. Each layer brings a different type of precision: strategic, architectural, design, operational or technological. Value is created at the interfaces between them, because most business problems involve more than one domain.

The atlas increases precision while the Bom™ environment remains the governing architecture. Methodologies provide language, tools and reference structures. The Bom™ environment determines how those elements are combined, when they enter the process, who makes the decision, where the source of truth is recorded and how the outcome moves into use.

Understood in this way, the atlas creates greater business value because it allows methods to be selected for the client's actual situation without subordinating the project to a single external framework. Six mechanisms preserve continuity of decisions

The mechanisms translate analysis, strategy, creation, operations and AI support into a coherent decision-making and documentation process. They arose from the need to conduct complex projects in a way that maintains continuity of meaning between sources, decisions, materials, execution, review, and subsequent uses of knowledge.

01 Decision cards The charter records an important decision along with context, owner, scope, sources, consequences and status, so that the decision continues to work in the offer, communication, operations, materials, implementation and documentation.
02 Source of truth Indicates the approved version of knowledge applicable in a given area: brand foundations, offer, language, price, process, quality standard or rules for the use of AI. It constitutes a common basis for work for the client, agency and partners.
03 Transfers Transfer moves a decision from one area to another: a strategic decision to a language, an offer to a website, a research conclusion to a campaign, a communication standard to instructions for working with AI. Preserves the source, meaning and conditions of use.
04 Work rhythm Organises the moments of analysis, development, decision, review, handover and update. The process becomes predictable, and participants know when material is created, assessed and ready for use.
05 Learning loop It allows you to return knowledge from activities to architecture. Data from campaigns, sales, conversations, implementations and operational work update decisions, language, scopes, processes and subsequent recommendations.
06 Environmental order Covers document statuses, version control, naming, repository structure, access rules, review standards and the organisation of materials. This layer supports scaling the work and preparing context for use by AI tools.

Mechanisms strengthen the partnership model. The client sees which decisions require his participation, the agency structures the process, partners receive the right context, and AI tools support selected tasks based on approved materials.

The most important result of this mechanic is continuity: work done in one place feeds subsequent areas without rewriting the meaning from the beginning. This reduces distraction, organises responsibility and builds an architecture that retains value over time.

Seven layers carry a decision into use

Layers describe how a decision moves from meaning to use. Each is responsible for a different level of quality, and the material ready for work in the organisation is created by combining them. This structure acts as a quality filter for each major study.

Readiness layer Can the material continue to work in a team, with a partner, in sales, in communications, in operations or with AI tools? Readiness to implement, delegate, automate selected tasks and use them responsibly.

Thanks to this, the decision remains open for further use: it can be transferred to language, assets, briefs, processes, prices, campaigns, collaboration standards and knowledge repository.

Quality is governed by seven delivery gates

Mechanism of work Quality results from the work culture recorded in the system.

The standard covers how to enter the scope, define values, make decisions, conduct reviews, validate materials, prepare transfers and finalize ready-to-use results. It means precision of concepts, responsibility for decisions, transparency of the process, consistency between layers and the ability to translate findings into action. It works from the first conversation to the last material transfer.

Review and validation The review includes substantive, linguistic, systemic and usability assessment. The material must be true to the foundations, consistent with the business model, clear to the audience, usable and associated with the appropriate source of decisions. Validation also includes a level of accountability: each relevant result indicates what context it comes from, what decision it supports, where it will be used, and what person or role is responsible for its continued maintenance.
Definitions of completion The definition of done defines the point at which the scope can move to the next stage. The completed material has an established function, a clear status, compliance with source decisions, an appropriate format, a set of required elements, an indication of further use and a record of dependencies. In an AI-ready environment, it additionally requires an approved language, stable definitions, current context, source status, application restrictions, and rules for evaluating results.
