Agency · ecosystem Delivery model

The team takes shape around the decision that matters.

Bom Dia Creation™ is a transdisciplinary agency spanning strategy and creative practice, built as an ecosystem. A permanent core directs the architecture, relationship, quality standard and continuity of decisions; the client, decision-makers, selected teams, specialists, creators and partners enter the scope according to the knowledge, mandate and responsibility required.

Configuration begins with the decision and the readiness of the material. The scope determines which capabilities are required, when they enter, who owns each decision, how they interface with the client team, where the source of truth sits and how the outcome will be maintained after handover. This allows delivery capacity to expand while specialist work remains grounded in one business context.

The ecosystem model expands delivery capacity while preserving one source of decisions.

Five layers form one delivery structure

leadership The core of the agency Direction, architecture, method, relationship, process structure, language standard, consistency of decisions, quality of studies and transfer of knowledge between areas.
context and decisions Customer Organisation, brand, owner, decision maker or team. It brings context, priorities, decisions and responsibility for direction.
capability selection Competence pools Strategic, creative, technological, operational, marketing, analytical, production, implementation and consulting specializations, activated in accordance with the scope of work.
relationship model Partnerships Eight foundational partnership functions, combined according to scope, mandate and accountability.
tool support AI layer Tools, configurations, automations, repositories, instructions for use and review rules supporting selected activities.
Customer The client is a co-participant in the process and his or her contribution influences the quality of the result.

The client may be an organisation, brand, owner, decision-maker or team with which the agency works to solve a specific business, strategic, creative, operational or technological challenge. The relationship requires the participation of the person responsible for business direction and decisions.

The client brings the business context, knowledge about the organisation, access to materials, priorities, decisions, responsibility for direction and readiness to work on the source of truth. The agency brings architecture, method, process guidance, transdisciplinary translation of decisions and a quality standard. Collaboration requires mutual respect for the values, time, responsibility and competences of each party.

Partnership functions in the model Eight functions

Partnership here describes neither a job title nor a closed category of organisation. It describes a function contributed to a specific mandate. One relationship may combine several functions when scope, accountability, authority and payment arrangements are explicit.

Business development Contributes insight into the market, value model, direction of development or relationships needed for a decision.
Operational delivery Delivers a defined part of a process or result at an agreed pace, with acceptance criteria and a handover record.
Offer development Co-develops or complements the value delivered to the client, with explicit responsibilities, rights and payment arrangements.
Sales partnership Sources, qualifies or develops an opportunity within the authority granted; binding decisions remain with the designated owner.
Specialist expertise Contributes qualified judgement and specialist competence to a defined decision, task or review.
Creative development and production Translates direction into an original conceptual, visual, verbal, digital or production form, with explicit authorship and rights.
Implementation and integration Launches, configures, integrates or maintains the solution within the agreed environment and scope of responsibility.
Knowledge and education Co-develops or verifies methodologies, programmes, workshops, licences, expert materials and knowledge transfer.
Function of the ecosystem model The value is in continuity

The client receives access to the right competencies, partnerships and tools, and the agency's core is responsible for the architecture.

The project knowledge is saved in the system
The roles are named
Decisions have owners
Partnerships have functions
Materials have statuses
Partners work on a common context
AI tools use structured sources
The standard remains one for the entire scope

The ecosystem can grow while maintaining consistency in direction, quality and operation. The project's knowledge is saved in the system, so subsequent people, partners and tools start working in the same context.

Transdisciplinarity as a work method

Basic method Running a brand and a business at the intersection of fields, competences and perspectives that create one decision-making, design and implementation process.

In practice, transdisciplinarity combines strategy, creation, communication, technology, sales, operations, customer experience and development. Each of these areas has its own language, pace, tools and quality criteria. The agency's role is to build a common architecture between them, in which decisions flow through the entire system with meaning.

The method also affects the team configuration. The scope of work determines which competencies are needed, in what order they enter the process and what decisions need to be transferred between areas. This ensures that specialist work remains embedded in the overall direction of the business.

This model corresponds to the actual structure of the business Chain of dependencies
01 Mark affects the offer
02 Offer affects sales
03 Sales affects the customer experience
04 Experience affects operations
05 Operations affect quality
06 Quality affects trust
07 Trust affects development
08 Development returns to the brand as a new context

Bom Dia Creation™ designs these dependencies as one system so that the organisation can conduct activities with greater consistency, clarity and execution ability.

Condition for working with AI Transdisciplinarity is a condition for responsible work with AI tools.

AI tools support work usefully when they use a context larger than a single task: value definition, brand language, offer structure, knowledge about the audience, communication standard, sales rules, legal restrictions, document statuses and sources of truth.

Therefore, AI readiness is designed as part of the business architecture. The value of this layer increases with the quality of the context: structured context supports response consistency, material preparation, quality control, teamwork, and scaling of repetitive activities.

Connections across the siteEcosystem

We select competences for the project after identifying the scope.

The team configuration results from the goal, development stage, budget, risk, complexity and required delivery standard. The first conversation determines which of these competencies are included in the job and in what order.
