The perspective from which decisions are made.
Bom Perspective™ designs the perspective from which an organisation can make better decisions and build a more coherent operating system.
The work begins at the level preceding strategy: the way the situation is seen. We examine how the organisation describes its state, understands its goal, interprets constraints, defines value and the world from which it makes decisions.
Choose the situation. See the tool.
Each situation leads to a specific format of work and the outcome it creates. The right-hand column identifies the tool and what it organises.
The idea awaits direction
The potential is there and the move order remains open.
The goal needs to be organized
The result is declared and the horizon, level of change and first step need to be named.
The team conducts various readings of the situation
There are several perspectives operating simultaneously within the organisation.
The plan exists, decisions remain suspended
The website, brand, campaign or automation is described and the basis for the selection requires recognition.
The situation covers several areas at once
Reconnaissance affects many places at once and is a separate entry point.
Six transitions. One shift.
The sequence moves from recognising the current point of view to a cadence that sustains the new perspective in daily practice. Each transition creates the conditions for the next.
Target calibration
Articulating the goal in a form ready for systemic work: the intended outcome, time horizon, scale of change and decisions facing the organisation.
Reading the current perspective
Recognising how the organisation describes the situation: the language, the assumptions present in the narrative, the beliefs that influence decisions, and the type of action that this perspective triggers.
Designing a target perspective
Description of reality after achieving the goal: leadership position, team work, shape of the offer, customer experience and decision-making method. Vision is operational.
Building a pattern
Translating the vision into a repeatable pattern of action: decision rules, work rhythms, communication structure and the way of leading the client and the team.
Translation into the system
Determining which environmental system takes over the work: architecture, identity, materialisation, flow or maintenance rhythm.
Integration and maintenance
Consolidating the new perspective in practice: cyclical reviews, returning to the decision map, updating the pattern and monitoring the consistency of actions with the established perspective.
Value needs definition.
Scope of work.
Target calibration
The layer concerns the goal with which the organisation enters into collaboration and the areas with the greatest impact on further movement.
Perspective reading
The layer includes the way of looking at the business, brand, offer, team, customers and the future.
Target perspective
This layer describes the future state in which the organisation's purpose is already operational, together with its decision logic and relationship to time and value.
Action pattern
The layer translates the vision into operational habits, meeting structure, how to create an offer, and maintaining quality over time.
Translation into the system
The layer indicates the next environment system along with the scope of material passed on.
Perspective integration
The layer consolidates the perspective through review, working with the team, translating into communication and maintaining the rhythm.
Source system and product family.
Perspective Scan™
Calibration session of the goal, current perspective and first decision-making shifts. The scope includes pre-work, a session and a recommendation of the next step.
Entry Session
An input conversation leading to the recognition of the situation and the indication of a proportional first move.
Perspective Scan™ extended
An in-depth version with broader input material, work with several decision-makers and full documentation.
Wardley Mapping Workshop
Workshop on component evolution maps, leading to conclusions about investment directions and standardization.
Perspective Lab™
One-day workshop or two half-day meetings. The scope includes a map of perspectives present in the organisation and the establishment of one overarching perspective.
Vision → System™
Four to six week process: periodic meetings, observation tasks, decision mapping and pattern design.
The thresholds form the current working catalogue. Annotated levels remain subject to owner calibration. The scope, format and level of responsibility are refined during process configuration.
A catalogue of repeatable transitions.
The library collects patterns of transition between perspectives, decisions and ways of operating. It supports premium projects, founder work, workshops and the pattern index for AI environments.
Perspective feeds the next system.
Bom Identity™
Translating the perspective into the foundation of the brand, business model and verified identity of the organisation.
↗︎Bom Blueprint™
Development into a complete operating architecture: decision segments, source of truth and review cadence.
↗︎Bom Creation™
Materialisation of perspective in communication, campaign, website and materials.
↗︎Bom Flow™
Designing the flow of value through process, experience and touchpoints.
↗︎Bom Runtime™
Maintaining rhythm, updates and reviews over a longer period of time.
↗︎Diagnosis precedes investment.
The calibration conversation diagnoses the situation, names the priority and establishes a proportionate scope for the first move.
